QuickTips - Surf the Channel
For all fans of online video. There is a site that points you to programming that you can watch streaming online in the way of TV programs, movies, documentaries, and music videos.
Pay a visit to http://SurftheChannel.com and navigate towards what you want to watch.
This site merely points you to placels where the material can be viewed. It has nothing to do with bit torrent. It only allows for an easier interface of the material that is already online.

Don't have it in the right form? This can happen. There are so many formats for media that it can quickly become a blur.
This podcast episode shares about a site that helps.
I work with media and have clients around the world with different needs. I was getting tired of paying money for one off conversions and wondered if there might be a better way.
There is, and it is called Media Convert.
http://media-convert.com/convert/
Media Convert converts media of all types: movies, audio, graphics and documents (am I missing something? It is likely there too.)
The site allows for
* easy conversion that does not require the loading of any software, which helps to protect against worms and viruses,
* short term storage so you can share it easily with just a link
* the ability to take large files and split them as a part of the process itself
and lots of other cool things.

QT MediaFire
MediaFire offers a service that no one I know can even believe. How can they offer this at no cost? This is the ultimate question. I have my suspicions, but more important for the end user is the actual service that they offer.
I say first that I have know about MediaFire for a long time. I have myself not reported on it because even to me it sounded too good to be true. It may still be the case, but I have not yet reached that point myself, and I have lots of files online with the service.
Here are some details: unlimited uploads, unlimited downloads, 100% free, no sign-up required (but benefits are when you do), easily email files after uploading, multiple simultaneous up/downloads.
Save 10% on your domain name at GoDaddy.com. Use code "blu6".

QuickTips 012 - YouTube Killer?
YouTube may be hot now, but here comes the competition with teeth. And the dentals are revenue sharing!
There you can load images, audio, video and flash and get a share of the ad revenue that your postings create in totla value.
I loaded several test items. Checkout the audio file 3 Blind Mice to get a feel for how it works. Look at the stats before and after and then apply it to your situation. You will likely benefit.
You only get paid after arriving at $25.00 of income so it could well take some time, and this also will weed out the sites where the interest is only fleeting and not constant, but I like the idea, and in the future I will be posting stuff here before I post to other sites.
